Unison Expands Production Capacity for its Tube Bending Machines
October 1, 2013Comments
A new 24,000-sq.-ft. facility in Scarborough, UK, more than doubles the production capacity of Unison to manufacture its all-electric tube-bending machines. And, the facility reduces machine-build time by 15 percent, thanks in part to a $470,000 investment in a new, large CNC machining center, allowing the firm to bring previously subcontracted machining inhouse. The company also has added software and hardware development engineers and more manufacturing and sales staff. Unison is represented in the United States by Horn Machine Tools, Madera, CA.
