Techni Waterjet Aligns with Equity Partner

Australian CNC tool-grinding-machine manufacturer ANCA, with a U.S. office in Wixom, MI, has signed on as a new equity partner with Techni Waterjet, an Australia-based manufacturer of 2D and 3D waterjet-cutting machines. Techni, which maintains a U.S. headquarters in Lenexa, KS, expects the backing of ANCA to enhance its presence in the United States and Europe, and allow it access to new and emerging markets in the Americas and Asia. ANCA plans to take a 25-percent share in Techni over the next two years.
