press-mounted shuffle drive systems

The press-mounted shuffle drive system, originally developed by Press Room Techniques and now part of the Mayfran Intl. range of systems for managing stamping scrap, is built on an oscillating drive technology that yields optimum reliability. The system offers near maintenance-free operation, minimizing downtime and repair costs. Additionally, the reduced operating costs of an electromechanical drive when compared to supplying air to a shaker conveyor can save thousands of dollars per year. The easy removal and replacement of scrap trays, requiring no tools, allows for fast die changeouts.
