Motoman Customer-Service Score Reaches a New High

Its annual customer-satisfaction survey results are in, and robot and robotic-cell manufacturer Motoman Inc., West Carrollton, OH, is celebrating a new all-time record-high score of 4.58 out of a possible 5.0. The score tops last-year’s previous record high of 4.55. Motoman ties employee compensation to the annual rating of customer satisfaction, and assigns employees to personally follow up on any survey scores of 3.5 or lower to determine what actions will be required for the firm to obtain a higher rating in the future.
