Rapid-Air, Rockford, IL, will showcase a complete servo cut-to-length (CTL) integrated system. The system features the company’s redesigned, simplified 106D servo feed for rapid and accurate feeding, a high-performance SBX4 powered stock straightener for coil-set removal, and a powered LLS Double Lo-Loop Space-Saver payout reel, which allows placement of material close to a press while still maintaining a substantial amount in reserve. The CTL line, easily programmable and ideal for rapid job changeovers, will be set up for demonstration within a compact 10-ft. footprint. Also on display, Rapid-Air’s air-powered feed line with dual air-valve system and internal air circuitry.
