AutoForm Acquires Logopress

AutoForm, a Swiss provider of software solutions for the sheetmetal industry, has acquired Logopress, a French provider of die-design software for the tool-and-die industry. With the merger comes synergies from a technical standpoint, as the two product lines and development teams are complementary.
“We have been observing AutoForm products with high regard for many years,” says Yves Thizy, Logopress general manager. “We have met prospects and long-standing customers who considered the combination of Logopress3 and AutoForm software as the perfect solution for their simulation and tool-design needs.”
