Vacuum CupsBilsing Automation North America, Clinton Township, MI, introduces its new-generation P- series vacuum cups for the press shop, tailored for automotive-industry sheetmetal applications. Bilsing’s new cup design offers improved holding capability, which improves servo-press performance and speed through the ability to run higher stroke rates. The bright yellow cups are formed with a cleat-type tread designed to absorb transverse forces and help disperse oils from the sheetmetal surface, enhancing gripping ability. Additionally, the cups can adapt to various part geometry and materials, handling ferrous and nonferrous sheet.
