CCAI Partners with Workshops for Warriors; Announces Finishing for Warriors Program
The Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI) and Workshops for Warriors entered into an agreement to develop an industrial-finishing certificate program for Workshops for War- riors students. The program, Finishing for Warriors, scheduled to launch in 2019, will provide vet- erans, wounded warriors and transitioning service members the opportunity to participate in quality training to prepare them for careers in industrial finishing. The CCAI-developed curriculum will include several programs ranging from 4 to 16 weeks, and including classroom and hands-on learning.

The transaction is a two- step structured acquisition, with Termax shareholders committing to sell 51 percent of the company’s share capi- tal to Lisi Automotive now and the rest of the remaining shares by the fiscal year 2021, at which point Lisi Auto- motive will own 100 percent of the share capital of Termax. Termax will be consolidated with the Lisi Group upon close of the first step (expected by the end of this year).
