German Cutting-Tool Maker Acquired by Ceratizit

Cutting-tool provider Ceratizit S.A. has acquired Klenk GmbH & Co. KG, a German manufacturer of solid carbide cutting tools primarily for aerospace, automotive and medical industries. The company will retain the Klenk brand.
