Sko-Die, Inc., Morton Grove, IL, a manufacturer of custom steel laminations and heavy-gauge metal stampings, has acquired the fineblanking and metal-stamping business of Harig Manufacturing Corp. Harig’s fineblanking and stamping operations have been incorporated into the Sko-Die Morton Grove facility, with recently installed equipment including four Feintool fineblanking presses (two 160-ton and two 250-ton). Two deburring systems also have been moved into the facility, and two of Harig’s experienced operators have joined the Sko-Die staff.
