Booth B17027
The Yaskawa America booth has setups for various welding, finishing and other processing applications. Attendees are sure to notice ‘The Pub,’ an interactive demo featuring the company’s HC10 DTP cobot robot serving beer utilizing a Bottoms Up draft beer system. With proprietary Power and Force Limiting (PFL) technology, a 10-kg payload, and 1379-mm-maximum working range, the HC10 is designed for safe operation near human workers. Hand-guided teaching enables quick deployment for flexible use.
Also on display, a MH1-SH500 welding demonstration, showcasing an AR1440 robot on a compact MH1-500 tilt-rotate positioner. This cell simulates precise gas-metal-arc welding with SKS equipment—ideal for small footprint, high-accuracy welding needs. And, ArcWorld welding cells in various configurations demonstrate manipulation, reach and speed capabilities.
Last but not least is an R&D cell featuring a GP7 robot with ATI tools for automated surface finishing and secondary processes. This concept, though not yet commercially available, showcases potential for future applications leveraging the proven engineering from Yaskawa America’s turn-key welding solutions.
