Wiegel Tool Works and MS Ambrogio Form JV for North America

Metal stamper Wiegel Tool Works, Inc., Wood Dale, IL, and MS Ambrogio, S.p.A., a metal-stamping, multislide and assembly provider in Italy, have entered into a joint venture to make the companies’ metalforming portfolios available in the North American market. The venture also will support European production, in conjunction with the MS Ambrogio Group.
