Ulbrich Announces Strategic Leadership Appointments Within its Wire Group

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, North Haven, CT, has announced several strategic leadership appointments within its wire group. The firm promoted Mike Geiger to vice president, Wire Group; promoted Dan Burns to general manager of Ulbrich Shaped Wire; and promoted Dan Day general manager of Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products.
Ulbrich’s wire operations include Ulbrich Shaped Wire in North Haven, CT, and Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products in Westminster, SC, and Müllendorf, Austria. Ulbrich Shaped Wire produces precision shaped, flat and round wire products for critical applications, while Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products manufactures fine wire, medical wire and high-performance cable components.
“These moves strengthen our ability to operate as One Ulbrich while giving our teams the leadership support they need to grow,” says CEO Jon Ulbrich. “By aligning our wire operations under a unified structure, we are better positioned to respond quickly to customer requirements, improve collaboration, and prepare for the next generation of capabilities.”
The updated structure reinforces Ulbrich’s ongoing focus on commercial excellence, operational execution and long-term investment.
