Plexus Systems Changes Name, Announces Expansion Plans

Plex Systems, Inc. is the new name taken by Plexus Systems, Inc., Auburn Hills, MI, which also renamed its flagship product, Plexus Online, to Plex Online.
The product is a software-as-a-service ERP package for manufacturers. Also, coming on the heels of record growth in 2008, the company announced expansion plans in 2009 that call for its software developers and other technical staff to move into a new 20,000-sq.-ft. facility in Auburn Hills, and the hiring of an additional 20 to 40 people. It also plans to hire additional sales staff throughout the United States and in Europe and Asia.
