MW Components Names Thomas A. Amato Chairman and CEO

Precision metal-component manufacturer MW Components,
Charlotte, NC, has appointed Thomas A. Amato chairman and chief executive officer,
succeeding Simon Newman. Amato most
recently served as president and chief executive officer of TriMas Corp., a $1
billion company with global facilities serving the aerospace, consumer goods
and industrial markets.
MW Components operates out of more than 20 manufacturing facilities worldwide, providing springs, fasteners and a variety of precision components including metal bellows, shims and wire forms.
