Taylor-Winfield Adds to Offerings Through Merger with Boltech

Boltech, Inc., Youngstown, OH, a provider of engineering and consulting services for the design, build and installation of industrial equipment, is merging with Taylor-Winfield Technologies, Inc., also in Youngstown. Taylor-Winfield, which manufactures arc- and resistance-welding equipment, including coil-end-joining systems, will absorb all Boltech employees.
