Omax-80x-waterjetOmax is demonstrating the precision and versatility of the Omax 80X waterjet cutting machine with Tilt-A-Jet technology that provides advanced automated taper compensation, reportedly resulting in virtually zero taper.

The 80X-series bridge-style machines can be customized for length, and are delivered with the durable, factory-aligned Omax MaxJet 5i nozzle and a bulk-abrasive-delivery system. These machines also feature IntelliTrax, a high-precision, linear-drive technology designed exclusively for the abrasive-waterjet environment. An 80x system, ideal for cutting larger parts or taking on multiple-part projects, requires little maintenance and maximizes both machine time and profit margins, according to company officials.

The Omax 80x comes standard with the simple-to-use IntelliMax software, with unlimited software upgrades for the life of the machine, unlimited software seats, free training for life and more. Running on Windows 10, the intuitive IntelliMax software suite, from creating a drawing to importing part files, takes a user’s design and prepares it for machining. Powerful cutting enhancements complete the process, quickly converting the part design to reality.

And, all 80X machines are paired with an EnduroMax direct-drive pump. Designed for long life, the pump can reach 1000 hr. between pump rebuilds.
