Vehicle-Systems Manufacturer Pratt Miller Investing in Fabricating Equipment from BLM Group

Pratt Miller, Hudson, MI, announced plans to invest in its inhouse sheet metal processing facility to enhance its ability to support its motorsports programs and defense and mobility business units. Working with BLM Group, Pratt Miller will add to its facility a BLM LS7 4020 sheet laser and two electric, direct-drive ProBend press brakes—models 205-60 and 420-280. It expects the new equipment to enable it to shorten lead times, reduce material waste and enhance part quality.
