Precision Leveler Headed to Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate

Schnutz GmbH, a division of b+s group, has been commissioned to build a precision leveler for a new perforated line at Wellington Perforated Sheet & Plate, Fergus, Ontario, Canada. The leveler will operate in conjunction with a perforating press to handle a variety of patterns and metal alloys, and work to eliminate any shape issues caused during the perforating process, enabling Wellington Perforated to offer flat panels to its customers. The unit’s control system will be integrated into the press control, ensuring seamless operation.
