Bel Air Plans One-Day Mass-Finishing Seminar

Friday, September 19, 2003

Bel Air Finishing Supply Corp., Warwick, RI, will hold a one-day seminar/workshop covering all phases of mass finishing. The event will take place Saturday, November 15, at the Sheraton Providence Hotel in Warwick. Topics to be discussed include types of finishing equipment, media, compounds, process technologies and wastewater processing. The goal of the event, according to Steve Alviti, Bel Air president, is to show manufacturers and mass finishers how to save time and money using equipment that they have inhouse. Guests planning to attend the seminar are invited to send the company their most difficult mass-finishing challenges in advance, and Bel Air will finish sample parts and provide information on how such finishing was accomplished.
