AWS Conference to Cover Auto Al Welding

Detroit will host Welding Aluminum for the Automotive Industry, an American Welding Society (AWS) conference slated for December 3-4. The transition from steel to aluminum in auto manufacturing presents many challenges and entails significant changes in current welding processes, note AWS officials in scheduling the conference.
