Indiana Equity Capital Firm Acquires Metal Stamper

Privately held equity capital firm North River Capital LLC, Fort Wayne, IN, acquired the assets and business of Wayne Manufacturing Corp., LaOtto, IN, and renamed the company Wayne Manufacturing LLC. Wayne Mfg., with press capacity to 1000 tons, designs and manufactures a variety of products, including axle assemblies, and offers tool and die design and build, CNC machining, metal stamping, and robotic and resistance welding. It employs 50 people in a 110,000-sq.-ft. facility. President Monty Dickerhoof and vice president Ken Gnau remain with the company, and Dickerhoof serves on the new board of directors.
