Durex Inc., Union, NJ, acquired P. Feiner & Sons, a custom metal-fabrication shop in Bogota, NJ, and Sternvent Co., also in Bogota, NJ, a manufacturer of dust-collection systems. Durex operates out of a 120,000-sq.-ft. facility with 65 presses with capacity to 500 tons, as well as a state-of-the-art sheetmetal-fabrication facility loaded with Amada equipment, and also offers assembly, packaging and inhouse powder-coating services.
