Integrated Manfuacturing Group, LLC (IMG), Livermore, CA, has merged two precision machining and electro-mechanical assembly companies that it has owned as separate entities since March 2005. The two companies that now are one: Niles Machine and Tool Works, LLC, Niles, MI, and Pacific Production Engineering Consulting, LLC, Palo Alto, CA.
