Laser manufacturer Rofin-Sinar Technologies Inc., with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, and Plymouth, MI, has announced the acquisition of two U.S.-based laser producers from Dover Industries, Inc. The buys include PRC Laser Corp., Landing, NJ, which makes high-power rapid-axial-flow CO2 lasers, and Lee Laser, Orlando, FL, a maker of solid-state lasers.
