Steel Technologies de Mexico, Guadalupe, Mexico, has installed a precision multiblanking line from Red Bud Industries, Red Bud, IL, at is facility in Ciudad Juarez. The line, which joins a Red Bud high-speed slitting line installed at the facility in 2007, can process mild steel to 0.135 in. thick and stainless steel to 0.105 in. It features a CNC programmable slitter and precision grip-feed system;

The Robotic Industries Association (RIA), Ann Arbor, MI, announced that six companies have joined its Partnership for Collaborative Safety, in time for RIA’s National Robot Safety Conference, September 27-29 in Indianapolis, IN.
