Texas Governor Rick Perry recently decorated Atlantic Durant Technology, Inc. (Adtech), Harlingen, TX, with the state’s Export Achievement Certificate. The plant attributes 98 percent of its gross sales to exports, mostly to Mexico; 98 percent of its jobs are dependent on international trade.
