Another Acquisition for Service Center O’Neal Steel

O’Neal Steel, Birmingham, AL, has purchased Ferguson Metals, Hamilton, OH, a supplier and processor of specialty and high-temperature metal alloys. It’s O’Neal’s third business acquisition in the past year. Ferguson operates a 106,000-sq.-ft. facility with 80 employees, and becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of O’Neal Steel.
