Non-Oil Stamping Lube Earns Nissan Approval

Chemetall Metalworking Group, New Providence, NJ, announced that its Gardolube VP 10300/2 fully synthetic stamping lubricant has earned approval for use by Nissan North America stamping facilities and affiliates. The lubricant, approved for use on all automotive components processed through paint and E-coat lines, is formulated to work on ferrous and nonferrous materials, as-is or diluted with water. Custom-Machinery Supplier Expanding, Hiring

JCR Automation, Inc., Fort Wayne, IN, a supplier of custom cut-to-length machines, automated assembly systems, waterjet-cutting machines and the like, announced plans to relocate and expand its manufacturing and warehouse space. It also plans to add four new employees to its existing staff of 16. Expansion efforts—to the tune of $200,000 for the facility and another $300,000 in new equipment—will support the company’s continuous development of its process-product line for the high-speed progressive-die stamping industry, and other end-user industries.
