Poised for Growth--Stainless Sales Adds Warehouse

Stainless-steel service center Stainless Sales Corp. has expanded its space under roof by taking over a 40,000-sq.-ft. warehouse in Chicago, just a few miles from its headquarters facility. The new facility has four overhead cranes and two overhead doors that allow trucks to pull into the building for deliveries. All mill deliveries will route to the new location, and trucks will transport master coils to the original facility for slitting. Ulintz Elected VP of NADDRG

MetalForming magazine columnist (Tooling by Design) Pete Ulintz, of the Anchor Manufacturing Group, Cleveland, OH, was elected to a 2-yr. term as vice president of the North American Deep Drawing Research Group (NADDRG). Nuevo Leon Stamper Installs New Coe CTL Line

Coe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, MI, has installed a cut-to-length line at metal stamper Fanasa, in Santa Catarina (Nuevo Leon), Mexico. Among the products the firm stamps are air-conditioning and refrigerator components, of light-gauge prepainted material. The Coe line, which includes a 48-in. ServoMaster roll feed, power straightener and hydraulic production shear, can process prepainted and stainless-steel sheet to 0.74 in. thick by 48 in. wide. The shear is rated to 30 cuts/min.
