Kramski North America, Inc., Largo, FL, has installed new capital equipment to support its growth in the lithium-ion battery market. The firm added an injection-molding machine (an Arburg 420C Allrounder) to produce cases, covers and buttons for battery packs used in the medical industry. It also is stamping the BeCu terminals, assembling the battery packs, and is charging, testing and barcoding each finished assembly.
Kramski also recently installed a new assembly area for production of lithium-ion battery systems for Lithionics Battery products used in automotive engines, golf carts and other vehicles. More at
