To assist metalforming companies with integration, project management and turnkey pressroom-automation solutions, Linear Transfer Systems Ltd., Barrie, Ontario, Canada, has formed a sister company, Integem Technologies Inc. Integem personnel will research and analyze potential suppliers, to identify the most suitable equipment needed to satisfy individual applications. Linear, a global supplier of servo-transfer systems and destack feeders, and Integem are divisions of Aurtas Intl.
Clips & Clamps Earns Supplier Award

Clips & Clamps Industries, Plymouth, MI, recently received a Supplier for the Year award, for 2002, from Bates, LLC, Lobelville, TN. The award recognizes the firm’s receipt of perfect scores in PPMs, delivery and service.
Clips & Clamps has also received ISO 14001:1996 certification for its environmental management program. The firm produces metal stampings, wireforms and assemblies.
