PA Service Center Adds 4th Waterjet Machine

The Pottstown, PA metal-service center operated by Jacquet Mid Atlantic has added its fourth Jet Edge waterjet-cutting machine. The new machine can handle sheet and plate to 13 by 21 ft., and features a pair of abrasive-jet cutting heads, a 100-hp 60-KSI pump, independent programmable z carriages, programmable height sensing, closed-loop water filtration and a garnet-removal system. Jacquet operates five metal-service centers in North America stocking 19 grades of stainless-steel and nickel-alloy plates;
