The Fisher-Barton Group, Waukesha, WI, acquired Zenith Cutter Co., Loves Park, IL. Zenith, a supplier of machine knives and accessories to the corrugated products, plastics, tree-care, roofing, textile and wood products industries, will operate as an independent division. Dayton Progress Receives
Economic Development Grant

Montgomery County, OH, has awarded an Economic Development Government Equity grant to Dayton Progress, West Carrolton, OH, a manufacturer of stamping-die components, punches, die retainers and custom tooling. The grant, worth $54,250, will support the firm’s construction of a new 3600-sq.-ft. storage building.
