Motoman Recertified as Provider
of Continuing Education Units

The International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has recertified Motoman Robotics, Dayton, OH, as an authorized provider under the new ANSI/IACET 1-227 standard. IACET authorized providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing-education units (CEUs). Jackson Precision Industries, Jackson, MI, announced plans to invest $2.2 million in new fineblanking equipment, and to build a 3600-sq.-ft. addition to its facility. The project, supported by a recently approved tax-abatement request of the Blackman Township Board, will lead to the retention of four jobs and the creation of four new jobs, according to an article in the Jackson Citizen Patriot
