Metal fabricator and stamper Mech-Tronics Corp., Melrose Park, IL, has been certified to the ISO 9002, 1994 standard. The 100-plus-employee contract manufacturing facility specializes in precision metal fabrication, aluminum dip brazing and photo-chemical etching. Recent capital improvements include a new 58-station Amada high-speed hydraulic turret punch press and a FabriVision inspection system.

www.boschrexroth-us.com. The portal gives users information about the company's drive and control products, technical data, cutaways and specifications. The extranet allows customers to access protected areas of the site to view project status. E-commerce capability allows customers to place and track orders for products or repairs.

Emhart Fastening Teknologies, New Haven, CT, has reached agreement whereby the company will receive worldwide manufacturing and marketing rights to a high-force preclamping feature used on the self-piercing riveting (SPR) system from Henrob Corp., Farmington Hills, MI.
The preclamping system prevents lateral movement of the base material during the riveting process. Emhart will incorporate it into its line of electrically driven, bulk-fed SPR systems for high-volume assembly processes.
