Acquires Parkview Metal Products

To add fabrication and robotic welding to its list of capabilities as well as expand its metal stamping and assembly capabilities, Waukesha Tool & Stamping, Sussex, WI, acquired Parkview Metal Products, Lake Zurich, IL. The two companies will soon combine fully and be renamed Waukesha Metal Products. Management expects to hire additional employees at both of its facilities—20 new employees in the fabrication department and 15 in stamping. Learn more at

Parker Precision Under New Ownership

Hendrick Capital LLC, Carbondale, PA, an affiliate of Hendrick Manufacturing Co., has acquired Parker Precision Products Co., Orange, NJ. Parker manufactures perforating and specialty punches and plastic injector pins. Hendrick’s Bob Romanowski has been named general manager of Parker.
Hendrick Manufacturing provides perforated-sheetmetal products—screens, sheets, coil, diffusers, etc. of a variety of alloys, and also provides cleaning, degreasing and deburring/polishing services, as well as welding, bending and other fabrication capabilities;
