Orchid to Supply In-Press Transfer System

Tuesday, April 09, 2002

Transfer load capacity is 650 lb. per ram and per side of transfer. To minimize wear and tear on the system, Orchid designed it with a dual lift drive--one for the tooling rails during operation and the other for the entire unit during maintenance and die change. The Meridian facility manufactures car and truck bumpers
