Miro Tool & Mfg., Waukesha, WI, has acquired a Mitsubishi Model 510 Suprema waterjet-cutting machine with a 90,000-PSI KMT pump, to continue its “transformation from a tool and die shop to contract manufacturer with advancements in prototyping and production,” says company president Jeff Brown. Bilsing Automation Adds Michigan Representation

Prima Named Best Performing Italian Company

Laser-machinery manufacturer Prima Industrie S.p.A., with U.S. headquarters in Chicopee, MA, earned best performing Italian public company status in an independent study performed by global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney. Prima placed second of all large companies in the industrial machinery sector, reported Italian media sources La Stampa and Il Mondo.
