Dayton Progress Sale Scheduled for Summer Closing

Federal Signal Corp. ahs entered into a “definitive agreement” to sell Dayton Progress Corp., Dayton, OH, to Connell Limited Partnership, Boston, MA. Subject to closing conditions, the sale should be completed during the second quarter of 2008. Connell’s stable of wholly owned businesses includes the Anchor Danly companies and Yuba Heat Transfer LLC. Dayton Progress will be operated as an independent subsidiary of Connell.
