and six other companies) Buys Superior Fabrication

Superior Fabrication, Inc., Kinross, MI, supplier of forklift masts and MIL-spec fabrications, has been purchased by The Reserve Group, Akron, OH. Under new ownership, the firm is expected to grow into other markets and expand its production. The Reserve Group, a diversified management company, operates automotive stamper Spartanburg Steel Products, container manufacturer Spartanburg Stainless Products, deep-draw stamper Scotland Mfg., and four other companies.
