Muller Weingarten UK Ltd., Gloucester, UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Germany-based press manufacturer, has acquired the service-business arm of Clearing International Ltd., Bloxwich, Birmingham, UK. Muller Weingarten UK gains all design data and major service licenses for the Clearing, Verson, Wilkins & Mitchell and Bronx Press Brakes brands. It will relocate its headquarters to Bloxwich.
