Ownership, Technology Changes at Trueline

Trueline, Inc., La Crosse, WI, designer and manufacturer of Class A progressive dies and automated special machines as well as a contract stamper, is now under the sole ownership of Terry Trueblood, president, after he purchased the outstanding company stock shares from his brother Tim Trueblood. Tim has left Trueline. Terry Trueblood, in announcing the ownership change, also outlined plans to expand corporate administrative offices as well as project management, quality control and inspection departments. Beyond that, he announced the company’s increased use of in-die sensing and in-die measurement. That allows for automatic adjustment of forms in the die to maintain dimensional features and permits 100-percent inspection of critical features. Also, the company has designed a die feature that allows in-die lubrication of all moving components to extend die life. For more, visit

Dieffenbacher Increases North American Capacity

Dieffenbacher North America, Windsor, Ontario, Canada, has completed a 12,000-sq.-ft. addition to its heavy production and welding area to boost production capacity of frame sections for large presses and new/reconditioned heating platens. The company manufactures hydraulic presses and machines for forming metal and plastic.
