Steel Warehouse Orders CTL, Slitter Lines

Steel Warehouse of Wisconsin, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, a flat-rolled carbon-steel distributor and coil processor, has ordered a cut-to-length (CTL) line and a slitter line from Braner USA, Schiller Park, IL. The CTL line can process coils to 72 in. wide and 0.25 in. thick as can the slitter line. Both lines are slated for a mid-2003 install.

Wisconsin Stamper Earns QS/ISO Certification

D&H Industries, Oconomowoc, WI, has been certified to the requirements of QS-9000:1998 and ISO 9002:1994 for stamping, fabrication, welding and assembly of metal parts. The 30-year-old company has a 63,000-sq.-ft. plant with mechanical presses to 600 tons.
