Red Bud Multi-Blanking Line to McNeilus Steel

After evaluating the steel-supply needs its local market area, management at steel-service center McNeilus Steel Inc., Dodge Center, MN, decided to expand its facility and add a precision multi-blanking line for coils to 72-in. wide and 80,000 lb. The line, from Red Bud Industries, Red Bud, IL, will run at production speeds to 250 ft./min. and process stock to 0.312 in. thick. It will feature two Bradbury levelers, a heavy-gauge stretcher leveler, CNC programmable slitter and grip-feed system, and slit-stack separator.

Online Classroom Training For CAD/CAM

Students receive training from a live instructor in a classroom environment, without having to travel or leave their jobs for more than a few hours.
