Peterson Manufacturing Builds Waste-Disposal System
Thursday, March 20, 2003
Peterson Manufacturing Co., a Plainfield, IL, metal fabricator, has completed construction of a waste-disposal unit for an environmental engineering company. The 30-ft.-long 12-ft.-dia. unit consists of a vessel, bucket dump system and cart collection system. For the $2-million project, Peterson fabricated the unit in addition to all completing all assembly and finishing work.
Peterson was selected, according to company officials, because it was the only company the customer found in the Midwest that provided shop design and fabrications broad enough to handle project requirements. Peterson continues supporting the project through field installation and operation optimization.
