Sennett Steel to Open Processing Plant in Warren, MI

By the end of June 2002, a $5 million steel-processing plant and new headquarters for Sennett Steel Corp. will occupy the site of the renovated Detroit Arsenal Tank Plant in Warren, MI. The 95,000-sq.-ft. building will process steel flat-rolled product, supplying cut-to-length blanks, sheet and thermal-cut parts. It will house two 20-ton and two 30-ton overhead cranes, and a 20-ton gantry crane. The firm is moving from its current location in Madison Heights, MI.
