Schuler Earns Silver Supplier Award
from Shanghai Volkswagen

Schuler AG has earned a Silver Supplier award from Shanghai Volkswagen in the category of General Procurement. The award recognizes Schuler for its supply of two triple-action press lines (lead hydraulic presses backed by mechanical presses) to the car company, which is using the lines to produce parts for the Passat passenger car in China.

Meyer Stamping & Manufacturing, Fort Wayne, IN, has been recognized as a Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Site by OSHA. The honor indicates sustained excellence in all areas of safety and health management at the company. Meyer Stamping & Manufacturing is one of only 32 worksites in Indiana to receive this honor.
On February 1, 2006, Miguel Rivera, State of Indiana commissioner of labor, presented the company’s employees with the VPP flag.
