, offers customized content by region, maintaining a local business culture. A new product generator, powered by 3D PartStream.NET, provides access to an interactive online 3D part catalog. Customers can use it to build a product, view it and then download 2D or 3D CAD drawings of the product. The product generator also provides a part number and allows the customer to request a quote.

Russian Steel Firm Joins Consortium
to Purchase Winner Steel

Novolipetsk Steel, a Russian flat-steel producer, has formed a consortium with Duferco U.S. Investment Corp. and Esmark Inc. to purchase the assets of Winner Steel, Sharon, PA, an independent galvanized-steel producer. It operates three galvanizing lines with combined annual capacity of 1.2 million tons. The consortium has entered into a letter of intent with Winner Steel, subject to negotiation.
