Minster and Amada Ink Strategic Relationship

Officials from The Minster Machine Co. and Amada, Inc. finalized their strategic relationship with the signing of an agreement on Jan. 7, 2005, at Amada’s corporate headquarters in Japan. The agreement, signed by Minster president John Winch, Kimio Horie, president of Amada Press Technology Co., and Katsumi Kamimura, president of Amada America, Inc., establishes Minster as the exclusive provider of Amada gap-frame presses and service for North America. Amada America will continue to sell and service its lasers, press brakes, turret presses and other metalforming products in North America, and refer its stamping-press customers to Minster.
